Pre-production Inspection

Before actual production begins, CTI inspects raw materials and components according to customer's request. With the approved sample provided by customer, CTI will counter check if the factory has ordered the correct raw materials, components and accessories for the ordered merchandise. To detect any potential defect, CTI will randomly select a number of semi-produced products for checking and report our findings to customer for reference.

Upon the end of Pre-Production Inspection, CTI will give technical advice to the factory in order to improve the product quality, so as to minimize the chance of having defects during actual production. Basically, the areas covered in Pre-production inspection include:
Raw materials, Components and Accessories
Semi-produced products.
Production machinery condition and capacity.
Production technology and QA personnel placement.
